Human Factors Affecting the Safety Journey

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

The purpose of this presentation is to look at the human factors that affect the safety journey. The panel will look at why consumers make the choices they do and how this affects us as a safety community. We will be using you the audience as consumers in an interactive session.
Showing the common human choices and actions that link between registration, warnings, usage and reaction to recalls.
Issues to be discussed include:
Why don’t consumers register products?
What makes consumers not use the product as it may have been intended?
Why don’t consumers always react to warnings? Recalls?
